Folks Burgers — Restaurant in Barcelona

We ordered due to some influencer that said it was Top 3 Barcelona. Hamburger is good, but probably more on last positions of top 10. We ordered 2 Big Mads and fries

Pros: Brioche bun seemed fresh and it was tasty and light. Portion size is good, we were worried about sharing fries but that was enough The burger is juicy and the burger/salsa ratio is good

Cons: The fries try to be "rustic" but the cut is too thin, so most of our fries were toasted and -how can I say..."too crunchy" The burger in the meat was just ok, I don't know the blend they are using, but tasted as a regular/supermarket burger I found just 1 pickles in the whole burger, so - for most of my bites - I didn't had the full flavor...

The best burger in Barcelona and definitely one of the best burgers I've had. The brioche bun is never dry and has a really nice subtle sweetness, from my many visits the patty is always cooked perfectly, and the filling variations are always a pleasant surprise. PLUS if you're vegetarian/vegan, you can get a "Beyond Meat" burger, which are really great there. I can't elaborate enough on how nice the service is - always inviting and accommodating.

Fui con mucha ilusión de encontrar un concepto de hamburguesa distinto a lo habitual en Barcelona, simple y acertado, y me encontré con un producto que no me dejó satisfecho en lo absoluto. El pan, que debe ser el vehículo para llevar la carne a la boca, tiene un sabor super invasivo, como un pan dulce navideño. Hay panes de brioche salados,ñ que quedarian 200 veces mejor en esta hamburguesa. He visto que en un comentario mencionan que también tienen otro pan, pero el broiche es el indicado, solo que no el dulce sino el salado. La carne, la gran protagonista de este sandwich, es totalmente inconsistente y sosa, sin una costra de sabor, sin jugosidad, la abrí y se desarmaba por todos los lados, como si fuese simplemente carne picada. El queso americano que utilizan se derrite bien pero su consistencia es muy chiclosa, cuesta de masticar y tragar. A veces es mejor un queso americano procesado que este tipo de queso que simplemente no resulta en una hamburguesa. Las patatas son excelentes, no tengo ninguna critica al respecto. Esta es una crítica 100% constructiva a fines de que ojalá este producto mejore para mis gustos hamburguesisticos. La carta está buena (el concepto) pero a mi criterio falla la realización del producto. Entiendo que quizás el concepto que yo defiendo de una hamburguesa no es el que todos defienden pues veo que en las críticas, hay conformidad casi absoluta con el producto.
