Hair Cut Day — Local services in Barcelona

I have so many complaints about this place I don’t have words to put it all down. I’ll just let the picture speak for themselves. I paid over 1000€ for extensions that looked awful and RUINED my hair. She put SO many heavy extensions on my thin postpartum hair that it fell out in clumps. They keep removing my posts, but just look at the photos. No knowledge of postpartum, wavy, thin or fine hair. The cut was never integrated with my own hair. You can see all the breakage where they were attached after only a few DAYS (they claimed that was normal!!!) I had to go back various times to actually have it cut shorter and get 1/4 of the extensions removed immediately to relieve some of the weight as I was getting bald spots from traction. The tools they used to remove the extensions were not proper ripped even more hair. Even Leti apologized for the improper removal system but that’s the only apology I got. I made them stop and had to pay a different salon to remove them ALL safely after just some weeks! No money returned- NO APOLOGY- nada. Nothing...

Hoy he tenido la peor experiencia de mi vida con mi cabello. Había ido dos veces antes y me había ido bien pero esta vez me ha atendido un chico que no estaba antes (no se el nombre solo sé que es italiano) y de verdad un horror!! Os recomiendo por favor que NO os atendais con el si no queréis sentiros robadas y con el pelo DESTROZADO!!! Pedí mi color de siempre (rojo oscuro) y me puso otra cosa que no pedí y me quedó Rosa fucsia y a dos tonos, no quería reconocérmelo y me ha tenido que volver a echar matiz (doble maltrato) para que quedase más rojo y salvarlo pero insistiéndome el en que daba igual que me quedaba bonito igual, hola?! Aún así ha quedado mejor cuando me lo tiño yo en casa, he pedido el tratamiento de reconstrucción de Olaplex que he visto claramente que NO me lo ha hecho (porque son varios pasos y no ha hecho ni uno , es más el otro peluquero se lo estaba haciendo a la chica de al lado y he recomprobaso que no me ha hecho nada de eso ) además de que me ha quedado el pelo súper inchado, quemado, cortadisimo porque encima me hacía daño y trataba mi pelo HORRIBLE , le daba igual todo, todo lo que le decía y pedía no me hacía caso. Intentándome vender productos todo el rato aún diciéndole que no y productos que yo misma se que no son para lo que yo necesito. Total he salido con el pelo de ahí REVENTADO que no se podía ni desenredar, si me hubiera puesto un buen acondicionador o me hubiera hecho el tratamiento Olaplex nunca hubiera salido así, es imposible. El ha insistido en que me lo ha hecho mientras me teñía y me lo ha cobrado. Para COLMO yo ya desesperada cuando me ha teñido otra vez al salir del lavado le he dicho que ya no quería secado ni peinado, que se me había hecho tarde y que me quería ir así . Porque viendo como trataba mi pelo me daba pánico. Aún insistiéndole 3 veces me ha secado el pelo obligada y encima tratándolo fatal de cualquier manera sin peinar, he salido de ahí como una loca y encima me quería cobrar el peinado completo que he dicho perdona? Según el le daba un poco de aire al menos para que no saliera tan mojado porque le sabía mal y lo único que quería era COBRARME otro servicio completo sin haberlo hecho. Un ESTAFADOR por no decir algo peor! Que encima no sabía ni comunicarse. Al quejarme y decirle es que te he dicho 3 veces que no quería peinado ni nada y además esto no es un peinado. Me ha dicho ok te voy a cobrar el peinado express. Pues en todo caso ese es el que tendría que haber cobrado desde un principio ya que no ha hecho nada!! Y ni eso. UN ROBO. Además me ha dejado manchas de tinte rosa en la raíz de mi pelo y toda la barbilla detrás de la oreja manchado. Peor imposible. Les debería de dar vergüenza en una peluquería de esos precios y localización tener a alguien así que no tiene NI IDEA de cómo tratar un pelo!!! 170€ por no hacerte nada bien y dejarte peor de lo que...
