The problem is the bouncers/security are rude and super impatient. We had a voucher from the barcelona boat for free cover and guest list and they just said no to the voucher without even reading what we were showing them and were pushing us aside and telling us to get out of the way. One of the group members wasn't allowed in at all that night because "he was causing problems" when he was trying to explain the voucher to the staff in a calm manner and the staff just didn't want to listen. When I was persistent they then accepted it but they were not happy about it. They literally have no idea what they're doing just power tripping. The voucher said "staff to press redeem button" so I showed the bouncer that window and he's like "why didn't you click the redeem button?" And was rolling his eyes at me. And when I told him that staff was supposed to do it and showed him where it was written then he yelled at the next person in line with the voucher for pressing the redeem button and not letting staff do it LOL. I have been going to Jamboree for the last 2 years, however last Sunday night I planned on entering Jamboree with a group of 9 people, I was then told by the doorman that my friends could all enter but not myself because I had been removed from the club before (i was in jamboree the night before and had not been removed or had any complaints) I explained to the doorman very calmly that it wasn't me and that I was a regular who had never been thrown out, the doorman continued to refuse me entry and told me I would not be allowed to enter again because of my previous actions. once I walked away my friends had spoken to the doorman and he informed them that he actually did not know who had caused a problem but that he was told to not let in any people that looked like me (asian) this caused me to be extremely upset and once again showed me the extent of racial profiling by the Barcelona doormen, I will never return to Jamboree and I recommend anyone who isn't white not to bother going either as the doorman has clearly admitted, their entrance policy is racist...

The security guys are simply ridiculous! My two girl friends and me waited in the queue and when we were about to go in we told them that our friend is going to be here in a second to join us. In a very rude way he told us to get out of the queue and just wait by his side, which is understandable, but still, could be said better. When our friend came, he told us that we can come in, but not the friend, he has to go to the end of the queue. I politely asked him in Spanish why did he suddenly change his mind and the reply was that it's because he's an AMIGO, not AMIGA. We immediately changed our minds about coming in, but because some of our friends were already inside, we had stay nearby to try to contact them and explain the situation.
