This place is WOW. If you like Spanish tortillas it is a MUST. They have around 200 rotating tortillas and they are so delicious. We ordered 7 slices of various tortillas, tomato bread and a panellet cake for dessert between 2 of us hungry adults (1 pregnant woman and 1 man). There are potato-free options, vegetarian options, fish, meat, whatever you can think of! All that we tried were fantastic. My husband's favorites were the provolone truffle and the foie truffle specials and my favorites were the calçots/Romesco and the bacalao. The ham and cheese croissant tortilla was great as well. The tomato bread was exactly how it should be - crispy crust, soft inside, tomato-y, dripping with great olive oil - and surprisingly that's not something that every Catalan restaurant does well. Everything was so good. I can't wait to go back and try others. Not to mention it's cute inside and the service was friendly. All...
Read moreOne of the best tortillas de patatas in town! I tried the gorgonzola, pulpo a la gallega and calçots. Gorgonzola was super super good! Strong cheese flavor. For the pulpo a la gallega I will say that it tasted good but I had just 2 pieces of octopus in the whole portion. And finally for the calçols tortilla mmm in my honest opinion the onion was way too strong and I didn’t taste much the romesco sauce which I personally love the most about the calçots. But in general the service was good! Really fast! The waiter gave us some good recommendations. We could have dessert bc we were full haha but next time for sure. My friend have the one with Brie that she like a lot but her top one was a tortilla with spinach and piñones. Top! If you come to Barcelona you have to go there. And it’s super centric in the city...
Read more100% recommended if you want to try something traditional with a twist and still good quality and tasty…i think its perfect for tourists because its not croweded and its in residential area. Their best tortillas are not the traditional though…i would recommend to order the croissant and prosciutto, octopus tortilla and last chorizo or butifarra… we also tried croquetas and were really nice. Desserts were better than expected but nothing mindblowing… the choco tortilla its like a very creamy soft brownie.. a bit of vanilla ice cream or citric sauce would be nice to contrast the sweetness… In terms of food i think its 4 stars, but the service was so nice and friendly i will give one star to that and also because i think this place...
