Mi Xiang — Restaurant in Barcelona

Just terrible situation happened with me in this place. First they said they don’t understand English and didn’t want to speak with me in English.

Second the situation. We came there: me and 2 my friends who live in Spain, we ordered a special menu for 16.95€ in how they say you can eat as much as you can, BUT…if you still have something in your plate they’re not gonna bring you anything else …

And in menu we find that we can take an extra box for 2,5€ and take away some food🍱.

They brought that box and I put there a rise and few rolls and few pieces of salmon.

In the end when we wanted to pay they said we should pay EXTRA 10€(5€ for each dish) BUT… I took only rise and few pieces of salmon and rolls how I said before and I put everything in one box.

I said I’m not gonna pay for that EXTRA 10€ and she took that box, threw away my rolls and salmon, brought me back that rise and made me pay that extra 5€ and just gave me that change and to be honest I didn’t agree with that, but she didn’t care.

In the end I want to say you should be careful there if you want to take away something and always ask “How much does it cost?”

I lived in Asia and I know in some places where you can eat as much as you can you never allowed to take away anything and that supposed to be a rule.

I’m not gonna come back...

Only eaten here for lunch on weekdays with colleagues. Dishes are okay, if you're looking for great or high quality sushi or Japanese food in general, this is not the place. Lunch buffet is a good value because of the quantity you can order; does not include dessert.

Service has room for improvement; particularly in soft skills. Workers often yell across the restaurant to talk to each other and have been abrasive on each visit.

They don't handle large groups well. Be aware that if your party has people that want the buffet and others that want the lunch, they will tell you that all ordering buffet must sit together and the same with the lunch. This means you may not get to sit next to the person you want because of what you're ordering.

Power went out 6 times the last time I was there, each time resetting the circuit breaker. Made the dining experience feel cheap and was...

No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede. Fui mil veces a ese restaurante pero hoy viví una experiencia muy desagradable. Para mi sorpresa negaron traerme unas vieiras que incluía en el menú de buffet libre nocturno, que es incluso más caro que el buffet diario . Dijeron que había más cosas y que yo ya había comido vieiras y q pidiera algo más variado como arroces, etc. Indignada pedí la hoja de reclamaciones porque no estaba de acuerdo que decidan ellos lo que yo tenga que pedir y fue cuando entonces pasaron de mí y ya no fueron a mi mesa ni tampoco me dieron la hoja de reclamaciones que había pedido ( algo que como cliente estoy en mi derecho y no pueden denegar). Después de un rato esperando a que me atendieran, me levanté y me dirigí a la puerta e insistí en que me atendieran o me iba a ir , y para mi sorpresa, la que se supone que es la jefa me empujó puerta hacia fuera. Jamás en mi vida recibí ese tipo de trato en ningún lugar y menos como clienta súper habitual que era. No llamé a los mossos porque no queria problemas pero estoy muy indignada del trato recibido. Si te van a controlar los platos que pides, que no se llame...
