DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I could have recorded everything that happened. We ordered gelato and a Nutella crepe and the male worker forgot to hand the receipt/ ticket to me (you order before you pick flavors). RIGHT after we ordered the same worker met us to pick the gelato flavors (which by the way were not good) and the male worker asked me for my ticket and I told him he did not give me one. He then went back to the register and found it because he JUST took our order at the register (how do you forget you just took our order?). After giving us the gelato he put the ticket where the “completed orders” tickets go instead of giving it to the mean old lady who makes the crepes. Me and her wait for 10-15 minutes as all these other people who ordered the same crepe after us get their order. After 6+ Nutella crepes come out to people who ordered after us, we grab the next one that came out. The people who were standing BEHIND us the entire time started saying it was theirs even though it was ours. (Also they don’t call our order numbers they just call out “Nutella crepe” and we noticed people after us were grabbing it). Now this lady is SCREAMING at the top of her lungs (I am NOT joking) telling us we are stealing and we never ordered. I am trying to tell her that they misplaced our ticket, but every time i pointed to it they looked at the smoothie machine like idiots. Read moreThere was a medium-sized cockroach (German cockroach) walking all over the gelato steel counter. The worker hit it with the gelato scooper to push it away from the counter and continued serving the customers with the same scooper! Disgusting. I quietly informed the cashier. He tried to refund us, but he said he might refund another customer by mistake because there was a miscommunication between us. He showed me a transaction in the machine and asked if that's the correct number; I said yes, as it's the same amount, 8.40 euros. It turned out it was two transactions above, each of which had the same amount, and he was asking me about the credit card's last four digits. So after we showed them our card's last four digits, they denied us the refund and said it's our problem. They were terrible at handling the situation and were not polite at all. After wasting about 30 minutes of back and forth, we started to inform other customers of the problem, and only then they agreed on a half cash refund, saying we should be responsible for the loss as well since we confirmed the wrong transaction.
