I came across this place while looking for a nice craft beer place near my hotel. The taplist looked exceotional to me so I dropped by. The food here is as great as the beer! I had a smash burger and pulpo de la brasa. The burger was fantastic. Soft buttery bun with the juicey smash patty and a kick of the cheddar. The fries that came with it was light and crispy! Easily the best smash burgers I’ve had in my entire life. The sauce they use (both in the burger and as a dip for the fries) is so good it deserves to be bottled and sold. The croquetas are also unreal, I couldn’t stop eating it. On top of the incredible food, they have a great selection of craft beers and natural wines that pair perfectly with the menu. Stopped here with my girlfriend for a beer, and we ended up having the best burgers ever! The bacon jalapeño burger had an amazing texture, very juicy, fresh ingredients, good size and proportions. The Gorgonzola burger with onions was nice too. The service was great, the gentleman recommended us really good sours that they had in the fridge.
