The staff were friendly but the place was not as clean as it should have been. There was a pigeon inside and the staff did nothing to get it out. Eventually customers has to get the bird outside. Also the tables needed cleaning.

Quin desastre. Vam voler fer sopar ràpid a les 20:30 a l illa diagonal. Un dels entrepans, Club Pans d'Arty by Pans. Portava pollastre rostit. Està clar que no saben que és el pollastre rostit! Dos tallets petits d'una mena d'embotit que diuen que és pollastre. L'ou "poche" resulta que era una llesca d'ou dur i el bacó no existia!!!!! Al veure l'entrepà i comparar-lo amb la foto et sens totalment estafat. Vaig al mostrador i li explico que allò que m'han servit no té res a veure amb el que ofereixen. Surt fins i tot el cuiner a rebatre el que explicava. No sap ni que ha de portar el meu entrepà i començo a llegir-li els ingredients del rètol. Resulta que a les 20:30 no tenien "poche", ni bacó i diu que el pollastre aquell era rostit. Afegiu a aquest desastre una Pepsi i unes patates petites i pagueu 11 euros. La resposta del noi que em va atendre dient, errada meva, no t'he avisat que no quedaven ingredients. Doncs treu l'entrepà de la carta! Que haurien hagut de fer amb la meva queixa? Hauria agraït un canvi d'entrepà com a mínim. La cadena hauria de controlar molt més les franquícies. Em sento molt...
