The pho is not bad considering we are in barcelona, it was decent. The spring rolls and steamed rolls both tasted authentic and were good but portions too little for the price. The staff were nice people but the service was just 0. There were no service. It was heavily understaffed. For example, the starters came but there were no plates or utensils, i asked the staff to give some plates and they said okay, but 5mins and nothing came, then i asked for second time, still nothing after 10mins, i had to go get plates for everyone and forks and napkins myself and bring them back to the table like a server because the food was getting cold and we didnt want to wait longer. And whats worse, we were a group of 4 and ordered 4phos (each person one main, we are only sharing the starters). One bowl came out first, the friend was waiting for us to start, 40minutes, nothing came, we kept telling that friend to eat first because the pho was getting cold, we checked with the staff how come only 1 bowl came when we ordered 4(the staff also reconfirmed our order once and read eveything once and it was clear there were 4 bowls and the order was not missed). But 40MINUTES. Can you believe it. By the time the rest of the 3 phos came, the first person had already finished his and it was really awkward (also the pho itself wasnt smoking hot when it came out and that friend tried to wait for us for a bit so his pho was clearly cold when he started eating, we all felt really bad). Service wise basically everything was self service, including clearing the plates and stacking them up to make room for other dishes that are coming, simply because there was no service and no staff. The food itself is something i would come back for, not mind blowing but pretty decent, but the restaurant gotta up their game for...

I stumbled upon a little Vietnamese joint that didn’t look like much from the outside, but man, the pho here... it's the real deal.

The broth is the heart and soul of any good pho, and this place nails it. Rich, deep, and aromatic, it was the kind of broth that whispered of hours simmering away, with tender slices of beef that practically melted in your mouth. Every slurp was a journey through layers of umami, anise, and subtle spices that left you craving more. It's not trying to impress you; it's just doing what it's supposed to do, and doing it damn well.

But let's talk about this trà vải for a second. It's a lychee black tea that's so perfectly balanced it makes you wonder why you've been wasting your time with lesser beverages. Sweet, but not cloying. The black tea provides a robust backbone, while the lychee adds a fragrant, almost floral note. It was the ideal companion to the savory depth of the pho, cleansing your palate and leaving you ready for the next mouthful.

This isn't fusion. This isn't "elevated" Vietnamese cuisine. This is the real thing - unpretentious, unapologetic, and utterly delicious. It's the kind of place that reminds you why you fell in love with food in the...

The food here is absolutely amazing! 🍜✨ We visited this place three times and even ordered online 🛵📱. The Pho is exceptional! 😍 Some dishes are slightly pricey 💸, but the incredible taste makes it worthwhile. The service is fantastic too. 😊👍

Reservations are a must 📅 since there’s often a crowd waiting outside. ⏳ Depending on when you arrive, the wait time can range from 15 to 45 minutes. On our last visit, we arrived 30 minutes after opening and still waited about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine! 🇻🇳🍴
