The ice cream tasted very little and generally the toppings too felt very artificial. I expected the bubble things on top to be some sort of berry, but it ended up having the texture of plastic and taste of water. The ice cream itself also tasted a lot like JUST WATER. Fluffy cold water. It feels like the ingredients were all bought from Temu or something, who you probably don’t want to make your food.

The service…It may have been because it was very late when we went there, but the staff seemed very tired. There is a reason why people are put in shifts. The order of things was very chaotic. Everyone in my group got the ice cream at different times, which was pretty unpleasant. Payment and ordering was pretty messy too.

So yeah…generally not great. Would say for improvements: Let your staff sleep, get two employees to work one shift at the same time and replace the artificial ingredients with...

Amazingly fluffy Ice cream. So amazing, I ended up ordering 3 different flavors (mango, watermelon, peanut butter). All of them were great. The little boba juice balls are a great touch. The whipped cream is incredibly tasty. I really like that it’s not as filling as your typical ice cream/gelato. The two people working were very welcoming and fun! Really makes the whole experience memorable. This is definitely a must do while in Barcelona. I’d highly recommend you go when you first arrive because you’re going to want to go again during your visit. Well done,...
