Sushi Hanaki — Restaurant in Barcelona

We were warmly welcomed and immediately directed to our table. We arrived just as the restaurant opened, and it was empty at first, but within 15 minutes, almost all the tables were occupied.

The restaurant has a spacious, organized, and cozy atmosphere. We were very well attended by a young and polite staff member who, despite not speaking English, quickly used his phone to translate and communicate with us.

We placed our order using the tablet on the table, and a robot delivered the dishes, which arrived fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly flavorful. The speed of service was impressive. The robot moved around the restaurant delivering orders, while staff members efficiently cleared empty plates. Everything was perfectly organized!

We absolutely loved the robot delivering our dishes! It was incredibly fast and added such a unique touch to the restaurant. A Japanese robot speaking Spanish and saying, “¡Gracias!” was just delightful!

We were amazed by the ambiance, service, food, and efficiency of this Japanese buffet. Everything was impeccable!

We paid €21.50 for an all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of hot and cold dishes, all of which were delicious.

This one is quite popular. In Les Corts, many people come here expecting a buffet experience. You do get that, and there's a robot that goes around to bring your dishes.

But that's about it. You don't get anything more, you don't get anything special. What you do get is a stomach ache if you try to eat more than you can.

The food is just meh, I don't have to do much guesswork to say that the ingredients are probably of just about any supermarket. It is remarkably mediocre when you factor in the price. You pay 23,50€ during weekends and on holidays. Any water beyond 500ml is 2,50€ more, and any dish uneaten is 2,50€ more too.

There is a variety of flavours to the free buffet. There is some cat-robots that deliver the food and we found them really funny and amazing. The food is very tasty and the place is very clean and hygienic. We ordered salmon, tuna, shrimp, yakisoba, meat, special rice, ramen, tempura and, in our opinion, the only plate that was not that good were the tempuras because they had a little too much oil, maybe they could have left them dry a little more and the sushis maybe could have less rice (but that was ok).
