Everything about this place is absolutely amazing! It has a vegetarian/vegan menu. I got my husband a veggie burger and he is a big meat eater. He didn't even know it wasn't meat. I waited until he finished to tell him. He was shocked to learn it was a veggie patty and said it was delicious. I had the eggs benedict and I almost told them to leave off the pickled onion, but it was the star of the show. The potatoes looked basic, but they were far from it. They were packed a lot of flavor and I loved the vegan sour cream that went with it. You would never be able to tell. The coffee and juice was also top notch. AMAZING service - topped with delicious food. The folks at Uli were warm, gracious and very helpful explaining the food options. A lot of their menu items can be veganised and some were by default vegan, including all the pastries. We had avocado toasts (silky smooth avocado) and a burger which was outstanding! The flat white coffee with oat milk and the hot chocolate with oat milk were very good. Relaxed vibe, indoor and outdoor casual seating and good atmosphere. Cute little brunch spot steps away from the beach in Poblenou. The owner cooks all the meals itself and puts a lot of love into his dishes. We went for late lunch on a Saturday. Ordered the vegetarian burger and milanese with a side of sweet potatoe fries & baby potatoes. We were all amazed - even the kids loved it to bits&pieces. We could only eat half of & took the rest home- good portions! They serve speciality coffee from a local roastery. We got a brownie for later at the park & it was BOMB!
