We went one time for breakfast and it was good. The second time I ordered pancakes with pistachio and raspberries. Almost all the raspberries were rotten, so I made the remark to the manager who asked the cook to redo my dish. I am very disappointed because when she came back, the raspberries were very red and fresh. They should have served me this from the start and not moldy raspberries. They preferred to finish the rest of the raspberries from a few days ago so as not to throw them away. This is unacceptable. Then we went back to the apartment and my husband had acute diarrhea within half an hour. He had eaten the avocado salmon egg toast. Either the egg or the salmon was not fresh. Fortunately I had brought an anti-diarrheal Tiorfan with us because we were on vacation in Barcelona. I had posted them an excellent review after the first breakfast. I'm sorry but I had to remove it after I was served moldy raspberries and my husband had acute diarrhea right after breakfast. It is really a shame because we enjoyed the warm welcome. Visited in March on my city break to Barcelona, and WOW what a lovely breakfast I had. I came here for a breakfast every morning during my stay to try all of these yummies. The avocado toast with poached egg breakfast was fab! To made your days better with some sweet breakfast, I recommend to try the pistachio croissant, they can serve it in cold/heated. And finally, don't forget to try their special coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Fantastic staff, always smiling and helpful. From the moment you stepped in, they make you feel special.
