AVOID THIS PLACE the lack of politeness of the staff is not worth the taste of the food !!!

Me and my husband had a dinner we order 2 empanadas and 1/2 beef chorizo and 1 beef Milanese. After almost one hour that one VERY SLOW service we got our food and I got 1 beef chorizo . IMMEDIATELY we informed the waitress who said she didn’t understand what we were saying because she doesn’t speak English and she asked a man to come to our table , he said I will check and we said : that ok , it’s fine. BECAUSE we thought we were being kind once the service was so slow and other tables were also complaining about the delay. also would take another 15 to 20 minutes to cook another steak.

When we received the bill they charged us for the full beef. Highlighting that I didn't eat the whole steak ( in case they think I was trying to take some advantage of the situation). We called the waitress to confirm if they were really going to charge us, (as the minimum for a restaurant with decent customer service is not to charge for an employee's mistake.) the simple fact that we mentioned that they were charging for the entire steak irritated the waitress who said she would call her husband. the man came to the table extremely arrogant, rude and AGGRESSIVE, he said the situation was not his problem, because he offered to change my steak.

Señor, you were too aggressive and as a woman I was afraid to answer you, but I would like to ask: if it's not your problem, is it mine? Do I have to pay for your employee's mistake? Would you change my steak after I waited an hour for it? Would you delay more tables that were already complaining about this?

Anyways, the bill has already been paid, I hope you and your wife make good use of the money, it seems like you guys REALLY need it. If I can give you some advice, use the money to pay for a costumer service training to improve the quality of...
