When my partner ordered a paella with chicken for her, it was fine. When the waiter heard that I wanted a seafood paella, it was not anymore fine - he insisted that we have to order the same paella, since it's for 2 persons or more.
Some dishes on the menu had a note "Min. 2 persons". However, these dishes (chicken and seafood paella) did not have such a note on the menu. Also, some other customers around us had just one paella.
We ended up ordering chicken paella for both.
Edit after eating: The chicken paella was quite ok. The taste was delicious. However, the "chicken" did not have so much chicken in it, mostly bones and skin. It might be normal/expected (I'm not familiar with this dish)
The waiter had read this review during our stay, and told us that since it's a menu (includes a sangria), it's for 2, and therefore the price is cheaper. He told us that it's possible to order a single paella and a sangria, but then the price would be different.
I proposed to put this information on the menu to make sure people understand that the menu is for more...

The seafood was meager, the flavor underwhelming, and the serving so tiny it felt like a tasting sample rather than a proper meal.
For the prices they demand, you’d expect generosity in both quality and portion size. Instead, you get a tourist trap experience – style over substance, and a bill that leaves a bitter taste. Honestly, there are countless other places in the area that serve better paella, bigger portions, and far more authentic flavors without emptying your wallet.
Save your money – Casa Muyo is...

This is a proper little local restaurant that has been in business since the 1960s. Based on our experience, that would be because it serves delicious, home cooked food at a reasonable price.
We had the seafood paella and the fideua (which also comes with seafood). Each had a distinctive flavour and both were delicious and full of the freshest-tasting seafood.
I have marked the place down slightly on ambiance, but that's probably because we were there too early, a couple of hours before the locals habitually eat dinner.
I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone who likes to eat...
