We were disappointed to find out when we got there that this restaurant is NOT DEDICATED because the sign outside made it seem like it was.
The serving staff were beyond nice in helping after my spouse got suspicious when he noticed the burger and pizza options on the menu had an option for GF bun or dough. We asked the server and she informed us if cross contamination is a risk that it's not safe as the restaurant is "gluten free" but has bread and dough on the line. Which after some more chatting we learned they didn't know what "dedicated" meant. She and the kitchen staff did however help me find a dish that they recommended was the safest only option on the menu from cross contamination. The power bowl with vegan shredded chicken which was the best I've had so far!
It's a shame they haven't really made up their mind about being GF or not because it's rare to get a fully vegan and GF restaurant and I think they'd be really popular!
Also she informed me friers also aren't dedicated. Be careful and just...
Read moreMediocre at best. I was really excited to find this place online as I work remote, and this restaurant was attached to a co-working space.
The first time I went there, there was nuts in the curry, and it wasn’t written anywhere in the description — and unfortunately I had to send the dish back into the kitchen. They seemed peeved to have to replace it, nor did the apologize. Then when I ordered Kombucha to quell my allergy they brought out a glass with lipstick stain on it, and a kombucha bottle with orange pulp all over it. So I asked them to replace it & they also seemed peeved that I did. Then after all that, they served me the dessert with pistachios on it 😭. I felt they weren’t all that kind to me, and the food was mediocre at best, I’ve had much better Vegan food. But I loved the ambiance and the interior and wanted to work there so I returned another time to see if it was just that one time, and again I wasn’t met with the best service...
Read moreWild Food was such a nice surprise this Monday! We were planning to have lunch somewhere else, but it turned out to be closed — and honestly, we’re grateful for that, because the experience we had here was amazing.
As soon as we arrived, our waitress welcomed us with such kindness and friendliness. The lunch menu had so many great options that it was actually hard to choose!
We shared the KFC, the Quinoa Bowl, and the Arroz Meloso — everything was super tasty. And if you’re from Brazil like me, the Arroz Meloso might remind you of a good galinhada. It was SO delicious!
The portions were huge — we left totally full. What really stood out was the service. Guenet (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) was taking care of the entire restaurant by herself, and she still made the experience feel warm and personal. I’m really thankful for that.
We’ll definitely be back — especially to try the desserts next time!...
