Shame, it used to be much better when the old man ran it. We have visited regularly for 13 years. Always asked for a selection of meats, cheese and bread. Service was good and you could be in there for hours without your glass being empty for around 50 euros. Now, it's all about the money. There's a digital menu that's just not user friendly so we asked for a small selection of cheese and ham as usual. Of course, we ended up with a load of expensive stuff and the 100 euro bill just made no sense. (E.g. we had a plate of 4 hams, split into quarters. We asked for another quarter of the most expensive one and they charged 5 euros for this. So the original large plate should be at most 20 euros, but we were charged 40 euros for that alone.) I got the most aged one(furthest ham leg from camera), 5 years joselito. Was slightly chewy, sour, funk at the back of the throat with immediate cured meat taste when you put it in your mouth

On his hand, the Right most supposed to be the most intense, has a nutty flavour (closest whole ham leg to the camera)
Middle is the second one, aromatic and soft
