Tony’s Bar — Restaurant in Benalmádena

Stopped here for a bite to eat couple of toasties and drinks Staff seemed lovely well attentive seating us, It did however take 45 minutes for 3 cheese and ham toasties to come out due to only one lady being the cook so quite a lengthy wait. although while watching the staff not sure if they knew what was going on from time to time due to the chaotic way they were serving food and taking orders.

Upon finishing our meal I had noticed the cook come out into the seating area wearing her cooking black gloves and enter the toilets then using the facilities and wearing the same black gloves without putting on a new pair re-enters the kitchen preparing /cooking food...

This made me feel dusgusted and a huge issue to witness, unfortunately due to this we would...

Negative: Attention to customers below average Charge for bread that was brought out even though it was not ordered When we mentioned above the new bread was brought 15 minutes later (when half the meal was done) and was burned. Flies everywhere Awful service, they cant handle the amount of tables they have outside, took over 40 minutes to get a simple pasta and some fried seafood.

This is one of those places that you sit at only if you are very hungry and aren't really looking for quality. But in case you are really hungry, choose a different place, they can't handle more than 1/3 of their seats.

Mala organización . Hay un trabajador que es el primero que te atiende para que pases dentro , te monta la mesa y dice que ahora te toman nota , ya esta es lo único que hace , recibir a los clientes y montar la mesa , en cuanto avisas para que te tome nota o para pedir algo se hace el despistado , nos dimos cuenta los demás clientes que solo tenía importancia que entrara más y más gente , pero no sé preocupa del servicio que estaba dando a los demás clientes que estábamos allí esperando . El chico de los espetos , pese a estar haciéndolos tenía que ocuparse de atender a los clientes como buenamente podía , porque solo había 1 fuera atendiendo y otro detrás de la barra que rara vez salía . Te traen la carta , pero si no preguntas si hay menú del día , ni te lo dicen . El menú del día con pocas opciones , un poco pobre , seguramente para que pidas de carta . Cuando nos trajeron los segundos , le pedí una tapa de calamares , pues acabamos de comer tranquilamente y seguían sin venir , seguimos esperando , pero tras media hora y dos intentos nulos de llamar al camarero , una vez vino le dijimos que los calamares que habíamos pedido que ya no los queríamos , que nos trajera el postre , y se acerca a cocina a enseñarme una ración de calamares que supuestamente era la nuestra , le dijimos que no , que ya habíamos esperado suficiente y ya solo queríamos los postres y la cuenta . Traen la cuenta y nos dimos cuenta que nos habían incluido los calamares , el pan ( que no pedimos y que encima era de antes de ayer por lo menos ) . Fui a barra por no esperar media hora más a decirle que no iba a pagar los calamares y que el pan sí porque lo habíamos tocado , pero si no tampoco lo pagaría .
