Was served raw chicken, will avoid in future:

To begin with when we sat down, it took a very long time to be even given a menu. Possibly understaffed as there seemed to be just one member of staff serving tables at the time. Then when we finally ordered, it took another long wait to be served drinks, and then another long wait to be served the food.

When the food came, my barbecue beef burger was nice, however my partner realised that her chicken burger contained raw meat.

When the waiter came to check if the food was okay, we weren't given a chance to mention the food as he was quickly off again without actually waiting to hear our response

Stopped for a burger for lunch. Service was good if slow (see below) staff were friendly. My burger was ok- nothing special although my carrot cake was delicious.

Overall this was a good experience. I would visit again but wouldn’t rush to come back. ( Guys- if you want to upgrade, look into making your own burgers. It’s not difficult and would certainly make it worth another visit).

NOTE: a lot of people who have given this place a one star review have commented about how slow the service is. This is not unusual in Spain where having a meal out is seen as an experience shared with friends and family. ‘Slow service’ is pretty normal. I have tried the American breakfast with pakcakes, eggs and bacon and it was delicious. A perfect portion to start the day. The salad is cute but I didn’t eat is because it’s not something I want to eat in the morning. Maybe a bit of fruit instead would have been nice.
