Granier — Restaurant in Benidorm

This cafe has the worst series I have ever experienced in my whole life orderd cheese and onions pizza slice which clearly looked like chesse and onion , soon as i toke it to my table i release that the pizza had few bits of bacon , toke it back and explained thats i can't eat bacon and ive ordered cheese and onions The manager or probably was the owner looked at me and said you toke to table we can't change it explained that I wouldn't eat it cos I don't eat bacon so he rudely said that's not my problem,so I released thats no point to cary on the conversation and I told him that's not nice and am not happy with the way I was treated and went to my table to ask my wife if she like something else and as I returned to ordere vegetarian one I've heard him saying to an other memebre of staff if he don't like bacon he can go back to his country I asked him to handle me complaining form and he told me I was speaking to my staff nothing to do with you and he told me that's all the products he sells made with pork butter تحدير للمسلمين كل منتوجات هاته الشركة تحتوي على زبذة حيوانية للخنزير ، تقريبا كل الحلويات بما فيها الكروسان ،هادا ما قاله لي...

The choice of food is amazing! Variety of cakes sandwiches, pizza slices, pastries and bread wow! Brilliant. The service received from the boys are always 10 out 10... But the girls less so. A week or so ago I was served by the rudest lady in there a Chinese lady who virtually shouted at me to hurry up and choose something... I looked around and there was no queue, only me, as it was 3.30pm and the lunch rush was over, and the choice of rolls were few (as selling out) so trying to see what was left. No smile no please or thank you. I then asked for a coffee... Another sigh and dirty looks. I paid by cash... Money thrown in the till and coffee plus roll pushed in front of me and she walked off. I purposely said thank you again... she looked at me like a piece of dirt and walked off. Considering the amount of money we all spend in this coffee shop I'm now boycotting the shop, if she is the one serving. A very rude lady who doesn't deserve a job and spoils it for the other hard working,...

I really like the coffee and it's one of the few places in benidorm where you can order a coffe and milk with vegetable milk like almond and soy for the ppl that have intolerances like me. The sweets are very nice and bread it's very good. Attention is a hit or miss sometimes the staff is very grumpy and have bad faces but maybe their salary isn't enough or they had a bad day so can't judge .
