How does this place have good reviews?

Arrived, ordered, food arrived quick and pasta was a mix of freezing cold and slightly hot.

Finished food and plates taken, 10 people awaiting dessert orders and 3 waiters literally stood for 15 minutes at the bar ignoring all of their tables. Staff extremely disinterested in their job, presumably paid far too poorly by the owner and thus do not want to put effort in.

We couldn’t even get the bill, had to walk up to them whilst leaving to give money. Extremely easy place to eat and not pay if you’re like that, the staff won’t even realise you’ve gone.

People keep walking up to the bar confused as to whether they order food and drinks there or at their table, as no waiters are coming near the tables, they are just sitting on the high chairs outside the bar?

We wanted to try this place for a long time, but I assume the good reviews are from drunk people with low standards that would find a greasy kebab great...

There's seem to be two locations next to each other. One bar and one restaurant.

We picked the restaurant, because they have AC.

I guess that we were unlucky, because we got the grumpy waitress. Not a single smile, and never asked what we though about the food.

When asked about WiFi, she said yes, walked away and started to pick the the dishes instead. Or small talk with the kitchen.

The oxtail pasta was really good tho. And the Carbonara sauce was creamy. My wife was disappointed with the del mare. The spagetti was a little bit to soft to be al dente. The pepperoni pizza tasted a little watery. The crust was good tho.

The have kids menus that cost 9 Euro. Drink, food and ice-cream is included, which is nice.

But in the end, it was not worth the extra detour to...

Food was nice although I felt my plate was a little bit off balance. I ordered the salmon, all fish and meat mains on the menu don't tell you what they come with which I found difficult to decide at first what I wanted and if you have allergies God help you trying to figure out what you could eat. The salmon was huge, not complaining but it was 3 times the size of a UK portion and not many vegetables and no sauce to balance it. What I had though was tasty. My boyfriend had the ham pizza. I tried a bit. It was nice but basic flavours. Food is worth the money but I personally found it was lacking flavour. Staff are polite...
