La Terraza Comodoro — Restaurant in Benidorm

We ordered 3 different fishes (fish, seafood paella) and they were mediocre at best - fish was dry, veggies (baby carrot and green beans) overcooked, fries seemed old. At the beginning they brought a basket with buns and placed it on the table. One would I assume they are complimentary. But they included the charged into the bill - almost 6 euro for 4 buns. Service is non existent. Not rude. Just non existent. nobody comes to check on you, nobody asks how you like it, you need to seek server’s attention to ask for your bill. Toilets are the cleanliness of the gas station . Women washroom didn’t even have soap. The only positive of this place is the view, but you can find other places with similar view. Very disappointed in this restaurant. The outside looked lovely and cozy and the menu looked good and had a variety of options, however when going into the restaurant the menu was different, the waitress was very rude when my partner asked for the burger with no cheese and insisted that you can’t change it, however let me remove the cheese off the pasta dish I got. My partner ended up ordering the steak which was average. I ordered the bolognaise pasta, this came cold. When asked if it could be warmed up the waitress was very funny and then continued to look over at us with her colleague which made us feel very uncomfortable. Avoid this restaurant their are much nicer places to eat...

O wow! Unfortunately can't give 0 stars! Was here with my father in the morning, not busy (only 4 people on the terrace). We didn't even sit and waiter came and asked us what to drink....... We asked for the menu because we wanted something to eat also. My father and I talked for about 3 minutes and waiter comes again to ask for a drink, we still not know. After that he commanded us that we have to order some food or go away!! You can imagine, we left and went to Chiringuito Beach for delicious food, drinks and a waiter that was patient and very friendly...... Will never ever come...
