Pinsa di Roma Benidorm — Restaurant in Benidorm

0 STARS!!!!! Most unpleasant service ever received, by one man in particular. Took half an hour for him to take our order, while he was sat down doing nothing. We tried multiple times to get his attention and he wasn’t interested. Then finally he came over after we asked a bar staff member if we could order, my friend is vegetarian and asked if a meal had any meat in it because we were unsure because of the Spanish menu, we were assured it was just cheese no meat. When the food arrived she took and bite and it was full of ham….. we got the waiter to come over and explained that we asked about this and it does have meat in. He got very aggressive and was telling us it wasn’t meat and shouting “can you read”. A different staff member came over and confirmed it does infact have meat in and the man didn’t like this and started banging on our table shouting about how “we need to read the menu” which resulted in us walking out due to his rudeness. Previously another man had already walked out the restaurant angrily and said waiter was following him and raising an arm to him.

This place has potential to be really good because of the food standard and beautiful decor but they need to think about the staff member...

The worst food we have experienced in Benidorm and the worst service. The waitress was too busy flirting with the male bartender to serve us. Ragu pasta was bland, carbonara was littered with bits of fat rather than meat and the sauce had curdled. Several times waiters walked past us and avoided asking how meal was so we had to eventually flag one down as it was clear they were avoiding us. No spoons were served with long pasta (basic etiquette) nor were we offered parmesan or pepper. When we asked to send it back to one employee, only then did the other waitress come over. We felt ganged up on, the waitress was smirking and had a terrible attitude. The girl at the front at least apologised. Thankfully they only charged us for the drinks but the waitress slammed down the bill. We left hungry and disappointed, I wish I'd seen all of the other terrible reviews and I could have avoided this place. It's a shame as the decor is nice and music was good. They need an overhaul of staff and chef/menu....

We found this place on Tik Tok and thought we would try it! The restaurant is decorated beautifully and ample seating with air con! There is also lots of choice and the food’s insanely Amazing! Menus are available in English too which is fab with great translation!

My only minor complaint is reservations & service. I don’t think there’s actually a booking system 🤷🏼‍♀️ this place gets very busy from 9 pm 🕘 we tried to schedule through fb the messages weren’t opened. I called to schedule and they hung up without taking my name 🤷🏼‍♀️ it was fine in the end but when we turned up the staff didn’t seem to know of my reservation ☝🏼

Service wise they just need more servers to cope with their successful restaurant 😂 the staff look really stressed and are rushed off their feet. They are really nice ppl but on both visits I felt they needed more help serving the customers.
