Restaurante Bissap Food — Restaurant in Bilbao

The worst service I have ever experienced. Been to tons of restaurants this is the first one I experienced racist from a waitress. Also, in the entire store, there is only one lady who has to do the order and make the coffee at the same time. Don’t even know what’s the point to employee the other guy. The food is nice, but the environment is a whole disaster.

We arrived at the store in December 7th, in the morning 9:30. I would like to “formally” comment the date to prove that I have been to the store, in order to reply your Assumption about my opinion. Nonetheless, everything is extremely overpriced with the excuse of “real food”. The staff are rude and not inviting at all. First, we wanted to order and two waiters just showed us the offers (overpriced,of course) and left. We waited for a while and the waiters seemed annoyed that we just got coffee.

I asked one of them a question and he blatantly ignored me. great :).

Got there around 12, only 2 staff in sight at work and it took 10 minutes to take my order. It then took another 10 minutes to get it and when I finished it nobody came by to ask me for something else when I had my cup in plain sight to be picked up. When I wanted to pay at the bar counter and said I spoke English, the person rolled his eyes and asked someone else what I had had.
