Goiko — Restaurant in Burgos

Dining area inside was nice and well decorated, outside didn't look too appealing with a staff member taking is break out there.. Once inside we were treated by a lovely waitress who let us choose our table .. unfortunately the staff seemed to be either quite new or not really sure on what was going on .. we ordered 2 burgers . 1 beef and 1 chicken .. the beef one was pretty greasy . The chicken one was cold inside . We told the waitress who after asking a manager advised that they could change it ?! When the plate arrived back it was very clear the full meal had not been remade ,the burger had just been removed and a new one but back on ,meaning the fries were now cold .. the cost was over €40 ,I never ate with my wife as our meals were served at different times .. overall it was a...

Lo primero que quiero destacar es el estado lamentable de limpieza del baño al llegar: estaba literalmente asqueroso, atascado con papel higiénico, restos de heces en la taza y orina por el suelo. Un espacio insalubre y totalmente impropio para un establecimiento de restauración.

Hemos esperado más de una hora para ser atendidos, y cuando por fin han servido los platos, se los han entregado por error a otra mesa que había llegado bastante después que nosotros. Se lo he comentado amablemente a la camarera y me ha respondido con una actitud defensiva y poco profesional, diciendo que “era para ellos” sin molestarse en comprobarlo con calma.

Más tarde otra camarera nos ha dicho que era nueva, lo cual entiendo, pero la desorganización ha sido evidente. El camarero que nos tomó nota fue especialmente prepotente y maleducado. Cuando le dije que llevábamos una hora esperando, respondió de muy malas formas. Al comentarle que las patatas estaban frías, me dijo: “¿Te traigo otras?”. Le contesté que no hacía falta, y me replicó: “Pues no te quejes entonces, cómete tu hamburguesa tranquila”, con un tono totalmente fuera de lugar y condescendiente.

La hamburguesa, además, estaba totalmente cruda por dentro, pero sinceramente ya no me atreví a decir nada más tras esa respuesta. Estaba incomible.

Al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones al finalizar, el mismo camarero se ha negado a facilitarnos un bolígrafo, asegurando que “está en su derecho de no hacerlo”, lo cual no es cierto según la normativa de atención al cliente. Además, se ha puesto a alardear en alto de que él “es el mejor atendiendo”, en un tono soberbio y ridículo.

Ha sido una experiencia desagradable, frustrante y vergonzosa. No pienso volver a este establecimiento y espero que esta reclamación se tenga en cuenta, tanto por higiene como por la actitud lamentable...

Disappointed 😞 Web showed three Vegan burger options, only had one at the restaurant. Very expensive considering we could have walked another 2 minutes to Burger King and gotten better food. Thus, I was very underwhelmed. Service was great, though.

**Owner answered back-- did not address the fact that there was only ONE Vegan option at the actual restaurant... and the server could not verify if it was truly Vegan or not. Some of us have huge allergies to meat and milk or dairy products! So...Still would not recommend this establishment to Vegans or...
