The owners are very rude & the quality of the ice-cream is mediocre. I was waiting to be served and the owner came out and told us to ask 'the girl' what we wanted, there were people waiting. Then he muttered to another client that we were English and didn't know anything. We knew more than he thought. The assistant had only just finished giving an ice-cream to a client & we speak Spanish. The portions are very small too and the flavours bland. Iba todos los veranos con mi familia hasta el fin de semana pasado. En mi caso pedí un helado de 2 bolas en cucurucho y la chica que me atendió me lo puso en una tarrina diciéndome "no te escuche" se mete el dueño de por medio y la dice dejame amí y me pone las 2 mismas bolas de helado en el cucurucho mezcladas y con una forma que parecía un vomitado. Le reclamo que como se atreve a servirlo así y me dice con toda su cara que es lo que yo he pedido! Pues bien ya pagado los 5 helados que habíamos pedido me lo llevé por no tenerla. Con razón siempre que vamos no hay nadie subió los precios, cambio la calidad muchísimo y encima aguantar su cara de rancio pues bien que sepas que has perdido unos clientes...
