Casa Millán — Restaurant in Córdoba

I planned to be here given its proximity and where we were in our travels but it was not up to par for me. 1) We went early so it was DEAD so not their fault but added to the experience 2) The waiter did not speak English but tried to accomodate and they did and we managed to get across what we wanted so I am happy about that but 3) The food we ordered just wasn't very good. The chicken skwere was dry and overcooked and the flamenquin (which I wanted to try) just wasn't very good. So not sure if that is how it tastes or it wasn't good there. Service - staff was very friendly but the cleaning cloth he used to wipe table smelled quite stinky and looked dirty, not hygienic

Food - Fried anchovies good, pork skewer dry, ravioli dough seemed undercooked
