La Solana — Restaurant in Calvià

We visited La Solana three times during our holiday and each time the food improved! We were half board in our hotel but preferred to visit here instead. The owner could not do enough for us during our visits and gave the personal touch. Food is incredible, cooked amazingly and the portion sizes are huge! The whole atmosphere was lovely and all the staff were so hard. This restaurant is a must for anyone in the Santa Ponsa area who wants to eat delicious, home cooked food at an extremely reasonable price....

Delicious, authentic and fresh food. I ordered the suckling pig which was very rich and tasty. My girlfriend ordered the seafood spaghetti which was very fresh and tasty. The desserts crema catalana and tiramisu were homemade and simply to die for... The restaurant was spotless and had a cozy Italian atmosphere. The owner and rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, me and my girlfriend had a great evening. I would highly recommend...

An absolute must for a foodie! I'm hesitant putting this up as I'd love to be able to keep this place as a hidden gem, but I'd be doing the world an injustice. Firstly, the service from Maria and her husband is next to any Mitchelin star restaurant, and we came back multiple times during the holiday. The food is just pure, honest, quality food. The price is so freaking good. 5 starts...
