I dmed this restaurant on Instagram asking if they did bottomless brunch as I had seen a few reviews saying so but couldn't see any info on their website. They said yes and so I called a few days later to book. The man on the phone said 16 euros per person and this will include mimosas/cava/beers and other drinks for one hour. So we went for our bottomless brunch at 11am. The girl who sat us down at our table seemed to have never heard of bottomless brunch before, let alone know that the restaurant she worked in offered it. Anyways, after some explaining, we were on the same page regarding the brunch and we clarified that we could order any cocktail/drink/beer etc for one hour for 16 euros and you just had to pay for your food as normal. She said yes. We ordered our drinks and food and they were delicious. However, drinks service was slow (probably to serve us the smallest amount of drinks possible) and there was some pretty poor attitude from a few of the servers. Because it was taking a long time for our drinks to arrive, we asked if we could order our next round as soon as we were given the drinks and the girl said yes. 2 minutes later, someone comes flying around saying that we couldn't do that - so communication between members of staff is clearly lacking here. Then when it comes to paying, suddenly the price of the bottomless brunch had magically increased over 1 hour, when questioned about this price, the girl said that because we had been ordering cocktails rather than beer the price was higher, BUT we had asked this same girl at the start of the brunch whether the cocktails were included in the 16 euros and she had said yes. Clearly, she had mistakenly told us that cocktails were included and then when someone pulled her up on it, she decided to try and overcharge us to compensate for her mistake. This girl was wearing a lighter blue shirt and seemed to be the manager/supervisor ? so quite odd that she wouldn't know a) what bottomless brunch is and b) what it includes and c) how much it costs. Very sour attitude from her and made us feel...
Read moreI can understand the need to cater to absolutely everyone but I've never experienced such a lousy effort to execute this. Me and my partner went there as it came up as vegan friendly on Google. No, it is not. The waitress that attended us seemed to have no clue what vegan actually means and not at all nice. The service was very slow, we were there 1 hour out of which the waiting time to just get our drinks(a water and a simple coffee) took 20 minutes. It took another 15 minutes for the food(2 bread with tomato and oil). Then we had to go to the counter to pay as we gave up waiting. When we asked how they would veganize a plate that they marked as "vegan option available" it was literally that they would take away the egg, the croissant , the cheese and all other items and replace them with a salad and a pancake. What? Why would you put "vegan option" by a plate that you cant veganize? A vegan option for that plate would have been a vegan croissant, a vegan omelette and vegan cheese, all things that exist and can be offered. We were then told that the pancake is glutenfree, to which I replied that we are vegan, we want vegan options. Her reply? Yes, the pancake is glutenfree. Few places have angered me this much with their false advertisement in regards to vegan friendliness. Update your menu, erase the "vegan option" notes beside plates that you don't even offer or start offering them. Also educate your waitresses on what vegan. We drove 30min to try your vegan breakfasts and ended up eating bread with tomato and oil as we were starving and didn't want to search for other bars nearby. Might be a great place to eat for omnivores or a wonderful place to get drinks but false advertisement gets...
Read moreExcellent food without exceptions. Always when I have eaten here, it has been a pleasant experience. The food not only tastes good but it always looks so beautiful. The presentation is on point. The menu is also very big so there is something for everyone. From breakfast food to brunch to lunch. Burgers toasties or sweets such as pancakes and waffles. Service was fast, and the servers were extremely nice and helpful. It was very busy at the place but still the food arrived very fast. It was only down size that there was one female toilet, and the queue was a bit long, but it's fine. The inside looks cool and funky. I would highly recommend this place highly. The food always looks incredible pretty, and it is always so tasty. I had the trio where you had avocado toast, yoghurt, and waffles. Was excellent and well...
