While this is not a direct issue with the restaurant, it is important to note as it could impact customers' decision-making when it comes to ordering takeout from La Taglietella.

Ultimately, if La Taglietella were to hire properly trained staff who understand the importance of serving a table in a professional manner, they would easily become one of the best restaurants in Fuengirola. We decided to try your restaurant today in Miramar. The ambiance was nice and the food was to a good standard. We are locals and have lived in mijas for many years.

The service was appalling to seriously point right rude. I have never been treated with such disrespect by let alone a waiter but a human being. We have decided to put a formal complaint through the complaints book which is something each establishment is necessary to provide in Spain by law.

The manager was apologetic about the waiters attitude but was not willing to share his name. He said to reference him he is the only male waiter at the restaurant.

We eat out regularly but I will NEVER eat here again, I do not recommend this establishment to anyone unless they change - train their staff.

La Tagliatella in Miramar had come highly recommended but I can honestly say we left extremely disappointed with the service. We had pizzas and pesto pasta which were all delicious. We opted for the starter bread at the same time as ordering our drinks. The starter bread came and 20 minutes later we got our drinks but only after we had asked for them. We watched as the waiting staff constantly went up to the bar and ignored our drink order and prepared others.

Our pizzas came and my daughters pesto pasta arrived 10 minutes later.

The food is good but the service is appalling. The majority of the waiting staff don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. The manager is lovely and seems to be constantly running after them trying to get everything sorted but needs help.
