TGB — Restaurant in Fuengirola

The food was OK, but I find that the customer service is really lacking. We ordered two combos which are supposed to come onion rings, at least that is what´s stated on the menu, but when we got the food we got some soggy fries instead. I asked about the onion rings and the male employee replied with a dismissive smirk on his face that the combos came with fries by default, so if I wanted onion rings they would have to be a separate order and pay for them. I find this deceitful since they offer something and do no comply, they cheat the customers. The male employee didn't bother to warn us about the change in the menu, which is also bad customer service because he should have. I didn't want to be fuzzy so I let it slide and requested mayonnaise for my fries and yet must pay for it when catsup and mustard are free ! ... seriously ? ...no wonder why the place has been almost empty whenever I come. I will not be coming back, this place no longer...

Great fast food.

🍔The moving mountains burger is the real thing. I hadn't had a proper burger since going vegan over a year ago. When I bit into it it brought back all the memories from eating beef burgers back then. 🌱For vegans who never liked the taste of meat this might be a bit off putting. I gave some to taste to my non vegan family and they thought it tasted like meat. 🍟The sweet potato fries and wedges were nice and crispy. 🕕The whole order took about 10 mins

We were looking for somewhere to eat in the shopping center and saw their 2 x 1 offer (only on Thursdays).

The restaurant looks great, and has great service. They speak English, therefore the order went smoothly. The burger and the nachos we were served looked AMAZING! but unfortunately it looks better than it taste. The bread is sweet, and gives the burger a funny taste. The chicken in the burger on the other hand was superb!

The fries were okei, and better than Macdonalds. The special fires where especially soggy, and I do not recommend those. The cheese was on the fries were good, but the bacon mash was way, to smoked and salt for our taste.

The nachos were chewy and had a weird resistance to them. But the tex mex...
