We tried Pasapalo and I’d like to share my experience. The place was packed, which probably explains the attitude of the waiter taking the orders: very rushed, excited, and not really attentive to the fact that some customers might need time to discover the menu. Barely two minutes after we sat down, he was already there, pressing us to order. I understand he has to move quickly given the crowd, but it does take away a bit from the overall experience.

On the service side, nothing to complain about: the waitresses and waiters were kind and professional.

As for the food: it’s generous and filling, but lacks finesse. Too much sauce, which made the sandwich heavy and hard to hold, even though the chicken itself was okay. The fries, however, were very good. To be honest, it was the first time I didn’t finish my sandwich.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful, and I strongly urge others not to come here. We ordered three main dishes and a starter. Two dishes were acceptable, but the so-called “Caribbean bowl” my wife ordered came with gray chicken that tasted disgusting. We politely informed the staff that the chicken tasted off and said we no longer wanted the salad.

Instead of offering an apology or a solution, they sent the floor manager—who didn’t come to listen or help, but just to tell us the dish was “fine.” Her tone was arrogant and dismissive. We didn’t argue and simply asked them to take it away.

To make things worse, when the bill came, they had the nerve to charge us for the dish we didn’t eat. At no point did we feel welcomed, respected, or properly attended to.

If you value your time, your money, and your dignity, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better options where customers are treated with basic respect. This restaurant does not...

We visited while on holiday to Fuengirola. We were staying very close to the shopping center and decided to have breakfast here. To be honest there was nothing to fault. The service was quick and servicers polite and patience as we needed to ask a few questions about allergies.

We were quickly seated, all four of us, two adults, a three year old and a one year old. The seating area is well spaced out and we were able to take our double pram in and keep it next to our table. Our drinks order was taken quickly and arrived quickly also. We got two fresh orange juices and other with orange, lemon, mint and brown sugar, both were delicious.

We ordered two medium English breakfast and two other dish's of various fry items we knew our kids would eat. The medium frys were plenty for us and were very nice.
