Com hem fet saber, la nostra experiència va ser pèssima i, en lloc de disculpar-se, el restaurant ha respost amb MENTIDES. La reserva era a les 15:15, tal com es pot comprovar a la foto. Com s’explica que accepteu reserves a les 15:15 si, segons dieu, el restaurant tanca a les 15:30? Un dels dos va arribar a les 15:15 ben puntual. Jo, l’acompanyant, vaig arribar a les 15:20, i en cap cas a les 15:40 com dieu, que va ser practicament l’hora a la que ens servien les begudes; fets que podem demostrar sense problema. És inacceptable que, en lloc d’assumir la seva mala gestió, intentin traslladar la culpa al client amb informació FALSA. Si teniu baixes a la cuina, el que heu de fer és no acceptar més clients dels que podeu atendre i, sobretot, donar prioritat a les reserves. El que no és de rebut és fer-nos esperar més d’una hora sense menjar. Per rematar l’espera, un cambrer ens va cridar al mig de la sala quan l’únic que havíem fet era reclamar allò que ens pertocava com a clients. Molt lluny d’una disculpa, només vam rebre males maneres i excuses. Patètic i, a sobre, amb excuses falses. Òbviament, hem procedit a presentar la fulla de reclamació a l’Oficina del Consumidor. A Girona hi ha opcions molt millors i amb un servei de debò, no com aquest.

My best friend and I came here and we loved it. We came in just to get a little drink and then have an appetizer and then have our meal a little later. Farrah our waitress was so kind attentive and the rest of staff was nice as well. The food was very very yummy and we shared a 1.5L pitcher of mango mojito which was amaaaaazing. The atmosphere is very chill and we had a great time overall.

Buen restaurante, para no volver más. Por dónde empezar… el local pienso que funciona mayoritariamente por su ubicación, ambientalmente esta bien, arreglado. Lo que no es normal son dos cosas importantes, el servicio y la comida. Fuimos por un cumpleaños una mesa de 6. Pedimos 2 entrantes ( unos nachos que cuestan 9euros y unos langostinos que cuestan 9 euros) literal eran los nachos del Mercadona con guacamole y cuatro langostinos que no tocaba ni uno por cabeza (adjunto imágenes más abajo). Lo realmente impactante fueron las pizzas, literalmente era la masa sin nada (18 euros) que barbaridad. Ya era pobre la comida que además se acompañaba de un servicio desagradable y poco atento. Algunos ejemplos: - Tardaron mucho en servirnos, teniendo que llamarlos cada dos por tres. - Se equivocaron de mesa al traernos el pastel de cumpleaños. - Las velas de cumpleaños (27 años) trajeron el dos encendido y el siete no. El dos estaba torcido a punto de caerse. - No trajeron cucharas para el postre y al levantarnos para pedirlas, solo nos dieron 1 cuchara para 6 que éramos. Enfin, espero que esto pueda ayudar para tomar o no la decisión de entrar a este local.

I visited here to make some party. We were totally stranger here, Girona and even Spain. Our party was consisted of 25 members. The owner (it seems like) and employee was super kind and tried their best to all guests in the restaurant. The mood of the restaurant was very cool and calm(the reason why we tried to reserve here). Buffala Girona is very good place to dating. The menu for group makes us embrassed, because it was very delicious and fill the whole table. I usually do not leave review, but I would like to express my appreciate to the restaurant for their kindness. I wish visit here...

What a disappointment. We decided to stop by without a reservation and were told it would be a "short wait." In reality, we waited over an hour for a table with no clear communication or updates from the staff. When we were finally seated, everything felt disorganized. One of the servers even spilled drinks on our table and partially on my coat, and barely offered an apology—let alone a solution. The atmosphere was chaotic and uncomfortable. Very cozy place! The pizzas are delicious! Service, music - everything is great. I wanted to express my gratitude to the waiters for the very cool service. From beginning to end, everything was super comfortable, I took into account the wishes for food and drinks, supported the conversation, oriented, everything was absolutely unobtrusive and pleasant!
