I can't comment on the food, we did get coffee and drinks as we were visiting girona from Scotland and after a nightmare parking situation we were all needing the toilet and popped into this place for a quick rest. The reception was frosty, after asking to use the toilet we were told it was for customers only, I advised we would order drinks, if I hadn't been asked I would have tried some dishes as we were hungry, however after using the toilet and finishing a Tiny coffee we were nearly scammed, obviously us being foreign they thought they would try it on and tried to bill my husband 74.90 which wasn't a mistake as the actual bill was 7.80. The worst of it was they didn't even apologise! Shame! An apology would have been nice...

TOFU Girona is located on the opposite side of the river, away from the crowds in Girona’s busy historic center. This Asian restaurant cooks up typical Vietnamese dishes as well as makes sushi. Vegetarians can find plenty of options here on the menu. The interior is spacious with a couple of options to choose from - ground floor or up top. Takeout is also possible. The service is fast and attentive. We enjoyed the gyoza, shrimp tempura, tofu poke bowl and ramen and a matcha mochi. Reservations are recommended as it is a popular restaurant. If you are tempted by good food and want to try Asian tapas (starters) then TOFU is a must. Five stars for the food quality and options plus for it tasting so good that we wanted to return...

This is the one place I really wanted to eat at during our recent trip to Girona. When it was recommended by someone local who was also vegan I had to go!

There were enough vegan options to make it difficult for me to decide, but I went with the ramen and I was really glad I did - it was SO DELICIOUS! The side of Gyzos were also very good. My boyfriend had a glass of red wine and said it was the best red wine he’d had in Girona.

Service was excellent and the food came out pretty quickly considering it was busy. The presentation of the food was excellent and I think it was good value for money.

This is one of the places I will definitely be returning to on our next...

Food wasn't fusion at all. The patatas bravas were just patatas bravas without any asian inspiration. Plates weren't very tasty, the dishes were drowned in sauce and frying... We were 2 people, one received the plate after 45 minutes wait, and I've waited 30 more minutes for mine, this would have been wiser to serve the two of us at the same time. Waitresses weren't friendly towards us, we hadn't to ask for water there times before finally getting a bottle. Also the room we were was very noisy. I felt like I was getting back to my school canteen Overall really bad experience, we didn't understand how this restaurant had such great stars on Google...
