Canvas Apartaments i Lofts Girona — Hotel in Girona

They canceled the first night of my reservations six days before I was set to arrive and on a busy labor day weekend because they overbooked. I was only notified about this because I contacted them about a Girona guide that Isabel mentioned in an earlier exchange. For my remaining reservation they moved me from the two bedroom I reserved to a one bedroom with a sofa bed that filled the entire living area. I was initially offered 10% off with one night for a future stay free but they wouldn't apply the free night to my actual stay. I ended up paying E165 for a tiny motel room outside of town. They ruined our family visit to Girona.

Zero sound proofing in the units. You could hear garbage trucks, yelling and even pigeons all day and...

Very comfortable and clean. We rented the two bed apt for our family. Couldn't have been better. The owner, Isabel, met us at the door and welcomed us in, showed us around, and was very welcoming with a lot of information to help us orientate ourselves. She knew we were leaving for Cadeques the next day and advised us on best time to leave to avoid traffic; suggested some beach options, and even offered us a late check out. Couldn't have been more welcoming. The apartment was comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very nicely designed.

Booked a two bedroom apartment for a short family break in Girona. The apartments are situated in the heart of the old town and are only a few minutes walk from the Jewish Museum, the History of Girona museum, the Cathedral and the Arab baths - plus lots of amazing food options. The apartment itself was perfect and really clean, but we barely spent anytime there as we were enjoying Girona so much. Isabel welcomed us and when we left recommended we stop off at Cadaques - we are so glad we did, as it is another amazing spot on the Costa Brava....
