Don't let the lack of bustle fool you. We went for "early" dinner (7:30pm) and were greeted and seated immediately. The menu is not as extensive as the ones posted in some older reviews but had a good variety of meat, fish, and veg. It's in a central location but maintains local vibes and the staff continued speaking to us in Spanish even with my amused/half confused look. This was one of the most hospitable restaurants I've been to in Spain. We ordered fried dog fish (not often found on other menus), oxtail stew, and sauteed veggies. We spent €25/person but could have gotten away with ordering less as the portions were hefty (including the free tapas).
