This is a tourist trap to definitely avoid!!!! We wanted a drink after walking for a while down from the Alhambra, and it was the first restaurant with seating on the terrace that was available. We ordered two small beers "Cana" From the menu, priced at €2 each. We had our drinks, and whilst observing other tables we noticed that there were discrepancies with most table orders. When we asked for the bill, the guy told us €6. Knowing that that was incorrect, I pulled him up and said no, it's €4 , and I shown him the menu (like he didn't know the prices right?) He then pointed to the very small print at the bottom of the menu stating that there was a €0.50 charge to sit on the terrace!!!!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable, and a terrible attitude, I didn't wait for any change as I wanted to get away! They won't ever get a cent from me again, and I hope the business soon...

The best example is gazpacho, which was so diluted that you could drink it like water. I went there with a group of my students and the staff was unable to handle our group even though before entering they had assured us that it would be no problem. The portions were very small. There was to be a small choice of desserts but the only thing we were offered were grapes. Some people got a bowl of grapes per person and other a bowl a table - probably they had run out of it. The worst thing is that there was almost 1,5 hour difference between the first table that got the main dish and...
Read moreWe stopped in this restaurant after a long day of walking to see if they would do our dinner to-go. They said they could do so and gave us a 10-15min wait time window. They offered for us to take their typical dishes/plates to our Airbnb (and return them when we were done), but when we declined, they sent a staff member out to get to-go containers from a store rather than turn away our business. They were quick, polite, and kind. The food was delicious and piping hot - even after our 10min hike up the hill to our Airbnb cave on Sacromonte. Family owned place and very proud to share their family works together to run...
