Traveling with parents/in-laws so Indian food becomes a requirement pretty quickly. Thali met their needs and exceeded them too. Recommended for their food but also because they're outside the center and easier to get to!
The four of us got a mix of Thalis and vegetarian subzis a la carte. The thali has 3 subzis and can be made vegetarian on request - ours came with generous servings of rajma, channa and aloo matar, along with rice and a tortilla. The thali also had a sweet - mango pachadi/chutney - which was excellent.
Even the a la carte portions - palak paneer (not on the printed menu but on the board behind the counter) and veg handi - were large servings and went well with the roti, garlic naan and pooris we got.

Read moreAn absolute gem for authentic Indian cuisine in Granada! Thali Gastrobar delivers genuinely Indian flavors — not just an “Indian” name with generic dishes, but true, rich, and traditional Indian taste that stands out.
The menu is impressive, offering a wide variety of classic Indian dishes that are thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. I highly recommend trying their Thali — it’s a perfect way to sample multiple flavors and textures in one meal. That said, the individual dishes are just as exceptional, full of depth and spice, cooked with care.
Having tried Indian food across Spain, I can confidently say this is one of the best Indian dining experiences you’ll find — not just in Granada, but anywhere in the country.
If you’re craving real Indian food, this is the place to go. Highly...

It is not at all spicy, but still very good in its own way. The servers are very friendly, personable and accommodating. They did an excellent job. One thing that was a bit odd to us was being told to be quiet. It’s a small restaurant and is very loud inside. We were a large group of adults celebrating a birthday. It’s normal to be a little loud in Spain. But the small restaurant made us seem even louder. We thought it was strange to be told by a server to be quiet. 😳 Plus, there is loud music (rap/pop?) that seemed odd for an Indian restaurant. (You get a more authentic experience with Indian music.) Overall, it’s still...
