We recently had the pleasure of dining at 1742 Ibiza, and it was truly an extraordinary experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The location is absolutely unbeatable, with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Dalt Villa and Ibiza port.

The dinner experience was nothing short of fabulous. The menu offered a variety of delectable dishes that were not only a culinary delight but also visually stunning. Each individual course was presented as a work of art, showcasing the chef's creativity and attention to detail.

A wonderful experience for a special occasion. This is something you do once in Ibiza. The experience started strong but the end was underwhelming. The food was interesting but not great. The entertainment part was confusing. I thought this was supposed to be a 20s theme as portrayed on the website. The saxophonist girl was underwhelming and appeared disinterested. The opera singer had a great voice, came in for two songs during dinner, and that was it..seemed out of place and disjointed. Edwin Vinke - this chef is an artist and he has the most motivated team around, very sweet and caring, you simply can‘t do it any better. I was highly impressed from the wonderful location, the amazing view over Ibiza town, the guided tour from wine cellar to the kitchen, being welcomed by Mr. Vinke himself, and the roaring 20‘s performance.
