Just a few meters out from the hub of Vara Del Rey you will find this little gem of a restaurant. It’s worth those few extra steps. Italian influenced local fare done well.
A warm welcome to locals and tourists alike await and in many languages too.
My heart sings when I see a small, concise menu. It shows the owner and chef truly understand what works and what they can do well. Don’t miss the chocolate salami dessert offering!
On a chilly day part of the terrace is covered enough with heaters evenly spaced to retain toasty customers and has an all flat access. Open all winter and my adjacent tables were clearly Spanish, if not locals. Endorsement in itself.
A comprehensive drinks menu suggests their evenings are worth attending too and the espresso martini certainly didn’t disappoint.
Dining surrounded by printed memorabilia of Ibiza past and present and lots of familiar faces in the music industry, but clearly they have moved with the times in their food offerings.
Well presented plates with thought and care pass my table alongside the crispy egg starter and smashed angus burger I selected.
Crispy egg is always a tough order on a busy chicken, but they got it spot on. An oozy yolk over crispy straw potatoes with just enough toasted soldiers to devour it.
The house red wine is a step above a common house wine. Rich and velvety and a perfect accompaniment to the burger. Served with a proper brioche bun and generous helping of bacon. For 19€ this proximity to the tourist center of ibiza represents excellent value for money.
One welcomed change would be to loose the condiment sachets. The most un earth friendly way to serve a teaspoon of ketchup and useless once you’ve taken that first chip. Give me a small China bowl with my condiment any day.
Overall a great lunch spot for singles, couples and families alike. Will definitely return to sample an evening with dinner...

"Quinoa salad" had no spices and contained: Quinoa, dry tuna and just some chopped cucumber and big tomato chunks. French fries were delivered later than the rest of the plates, cold and we did not eat them, because a famous fast food chain makes them twice as good as these disappointing fries.
Staff is not attentive and you get the impression of a high priced low quality tourist trap. This is a shame, because staff is really friendly and the location is superb. Skim reading through the other reviews one gets the impression that those 5 star reviews are fake reviews.
I really hope they take this advice constructively as this place has a lot of...
