We had a wonderful evening at Amarillo. The two chefs are Italian, but this is not "an Italian restaurant" - they have taken inspiration from their travels and serve up beautifully presented dishes with an individual twist. My rice, chicken and vegetable main was inspired by their travels in Peru, while my husband's braised beef came with a chocolate infused gravy. We had the pleasure of dining at Amarillo Restaurante Contemporáneo, and we were absolutely delighted! The restaurant is run by an ambitious couple who bring passion and creativity to their refined dishes.

The menu is intentionally small but well-curated, offering everything you need: delicious options with chicken, beef, and fish. Each dish is prepared with great attention to detail and is perfectly balanced in flavor.

The service is particularly noteworthy. The team truly does its best to ensure that guests don’t have to wait long, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

El Cotillo has many restaurants but pleased we chose this one for the occasion of my birthday. It was a good mix of a unique menu, friendly enthusiastic chefs,who had invested their passion into their menu and the ambience of the restaurant with colourful place settings and table decor. All a bit different and well worth a visit. The zucchini was an excellent start, the beef main melted in your mouth, and the tiramisu and cheesecake were excellent. Thanks for a lovely evening.
