Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting El Chiringuito Snack Bar Restaurant in Corralejo, and it did not disappoint! Lured by the glowing reviews online and the enticing photos of the seaside views, I was eager to see if it lived up to the hype.

Upon arrival, I was struck by the open-concept design of the restaurant, with all the windows wide open, letting in a refreshing sea breeze. This proved to be an excellent respite from the scorching heat outside, making the atmosphere both relaxing and invigorating.

The staff at El Chiringuito were nothing short of exceptional. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service made us feel right at home. But it was the food that truly stole the show.

The Chicken Strips with Jack Daniels sauce came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. It was clear that these tender, flavorful strips were made in-house and cooked to order. The sauce was the perfect blend of sweet and savory, complementing the chicken beautifully.

After finishing the nacho chips, we asked for some more nacho chips, because we had more guacamole and cheese dip, which we wanted to finish.
