I'm sorry, but I don't understand the excellent reviews at all. I'd give 3 stars for the taste, but for this price it has to be only 2, when I consider other restaurants in Corralejo. I get it, there are limited options when it comes to vegan food in Fuerteventura, but still. We had the volcano burger - the bun was really nice, the sauce was good, veggies were okay, but the quinoa patty was terrible - it fell apart instantly and it was literally just quinoa and salt, it didn't taste of anything else and I don't think they even tried to make it hold together and have some structure (and I've had a lot of vegan burgers, it's possible), so for a price of 18 euros for the XL version (which just adds another quinoa patty for 5 euros) with basic store bought fries, it was a dissapointment to say the least. I also think it'd be good to mention somewhere that the patty is made from quinoa, I like it, but not as a burger base. The biggest joke was the "hummus with bruschetta" though. For a price of 6.5 euros you get 1 piece of wholemeal toast with tiny bit of hummus (which wasn't even good) and some arugula on top. It's on us for not asking if it's served as a hummus plate for dipping like we originaly thought, I guess. A lot of room for improvement here. On a positive note - the staff...

Delighted to find H2O Juice Bar & Vegan Café! It is a small, relaxed spot just off the main streets of Corralejo — easy to walk past, but worth seeking out if you’re after something fresh, vegan and delicious.
The menu is simple but well thought out: vibrant smoothies, smoothie bowls, hearty vegan burgers, and daily specials like sandwich of the day (I had a mega vegan cheese and salad baguette) or noodle bowls. I also tried the Yellow Immune smoothie and one of their house burgers on another day — both were excellent.
What really stood out was the service. The owner has been vegan for five decades - her cute dog made her question her actions, why love one animal and kill another? She is welcoming and genuine, offering helpful suggestions and an excellent baker of cakes! The almond cake was light and delicious.
A few things to note: seating is limited, so it’s best to go during off-peak hours if you want to sit outside. Prices are a bit above average, but the quality...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend were visiting corelejjo for a weeks holiday and came across this this lovely little coffee shop/ eatery. The vegan options for my girlfriend were excellent for breakfast /lunch and a great selection of fresh juices made to order, which was presented really cool. But for myself who is gluten intolerant , the options were limited, my go too is coffee and cake , the soya cortado coffee was tasty but unfortunately no gluten free cake or pastry options . Despite this , the staff/ owner was extremely helpful and happy which is for me so important and overall a pleasant experience . Outdoor seating was pritty and quant but not overly comfortable . In a nut shell/ superb for vegans/ great for a quick stop by coffee or juice and would visit again, but not my everyday coffee shop. But definatelly worth a visit...
