My gustatory partner & I were at a rather loose end on a balmy November evening, and decided to stop by for an al fresco libation.
The warm welcome offered by the host - and positive online reviews - tempted and intrigued us into submission, and thus we stayed to sample more hearty fayre from the menu. Oh sweet succour that we did!
For myself, it had to be the chef's own creation - sea bass fillet in a rich pistachio sauce. Divine - buttery, crunchy, rich yet light, and accompanied by potatoes. A matching white wine was a sumptous accompaniment.
My dining partner sampled the tuna steak, at the learned behest of the server. 'So fresh & fulfilling this flesh, it could be bovine' he exlaimed in delight at the first morsel, and after a fraught negotiation yielded a swap, I was inclined to agree.

Read moreWhat an absolute gem! Our first, but by no means last, visit to this wonderful restaurant was the final meal out with visiting friends.
It was SUPERB in every way.
Between us we chose a variety of main meals between us - langoustines, spaghetti with shellfish, and my seabass with pistachio sauce was absolutely divine.
The service was fantastic, the ambience great, amd the food quality (plus the cooking of it) was 5 stars all the way.
Great choice of good wines - and the one he recommended for us was perfect.
Desserts were to die for, and the menus very clearly labelled to cater for all varieties of dietary needs.
With a coeliac in our group of 4, it was reassuring to know the owner really knows about Gluten Free meals as he has a coeliac son.
A really lovely meal, and a restaurant that we will definitely be returning to again and again....
Read moreSuperb Italian restaurant with it’s own unique flair unlike the rest of the places around it, definitely the best food I’ve had in Corralejo. Me and my girlfriend went there on new year’s eve and we’ve had a wonderful night there. Very friendly and open people makes us feel very welcome. Most of all, the food is fabulously delicious and fresh!
Dessert was absolute mindblowing as well, the fresh Tiramisu is a must try, also the chocolate cake/vanilla ice with the caramelized bananas is fantastic (my gf even named it snow on volcano).
You should do yourself a favor and treat yourself a fantastic evening here when you’re in Corralejo. 100% recommended!
Tip for the owner, replace the menu with the pictures outside with a new one, your dishes are much more colorful than the current...
