An enrichment for the epicurean.

The dishes are of the "Fusion Food" type, where the chef truly values originality, and does so without excessive prices. As starters, "Friselle" was served: anchovies and caramelised onion, and foie gras with goat cheese; a fine start. Main courses were "Ramen de Sancocho Canario" and "Gyoza de Langostinos en caldo azul", both highly original interpretations of typical dishes. All in all, highly recommended to all those who not only want to eat, but are open to pleasant surprises and enjoy themselves to the full on top. Niño Malo, but...

Really warm service, the location was also super atmospheric. Polenta amuse-bouche was really nice, as we're the drinks. As main dish, I had the pork kimchi ramen an at this point the fusion side backfired. Taste of the broth, or stew, was nice and Kimchi tasted really well. Unfortunately the udon style noodles were al dente and that just does not work with noodles, pasta yes, but not noodles. Also the chickpeas were maybe to dominant for my taste. The dish also had a piece of corn cob in it, visually nice but in practice quite...

Quite disappointment...

Spaghetti Carbonara - quite OK, but they use regular Spaghetti from the supermarket thus impossible to justify the price of 14€.

Japanese Tempura - was good.

Veggie Ramen - terrible, better to remove from the menu. Probably worst ramen in my life.

Grilled seafood skewers - I would say quite average as ingredients didn't feel fresh.

Free WiFi provided, service was good.

Prices are obviously too high for such quality of food therefore my recommendation is to find another...

We had such a great time at this fancy restaurant! The promises the menu made were all kept! Never seen (despite having eaten) such delicate and inventive starters. We loved the Ramen soup, and were so happy to hear there will be a wide range of different versions of this dish! Cabrona main course and the interpretation of cheese cake (served in a glass!) were impeccable. The owner himself is more than sympathetic and kind. Indeed, we had a great time.
