The dishes are of the "Fusion Food" type, where the chef truly values originality, and does so without excessive prices. As starters, "Friselle" was served: anchovies and caramelised onion, and foie gras with goat cheese; a fine start. Main courses were "Ramen de Sancocho Canario" and "Gyoza de Langostinos en caldo azul", both highly original interpretations of typical dishes. As main dish, I had the pork kimchi ramen an at this point the fusion side backfired. Taste of the broth, or stew, was nice and Kimchi tasted really well. Spaghetti Carbonara - quite OK, but they use regular Spaghetti from the supermarket thus impossible to justify the price of 14€.
Japanese Tempura - was good.
Veggie Ramen - terrible, better to remove from the menu. Probably worst ramen in my life.
Grilled seafood skewers - I would say quite average as ingredients didn't feel fresh.
Free WiFi provided, service was good.
Prices are obviously too high for such quality of food therefore my recommendation is to find another...
