We arrived at 17.15hrs on a Saturday afternoon with only a few tables occupied, with people just having drinks. We ordered 2 cokes, 2 beef burgers (€12.50) and 2 portions of fries (€3 each), as the burgers don’t come with fries or any garnish. We waited 20 minutes for the food at which point we were the only customers in the restaurant. The fries were soft and cold and only around a dozen of them and the burger was lukewarm and there was no sign of it having been on the griddle or grill, it looked more like it had been boiled, which was odd considering it’s an Argentinian Grill/Steak house. We stupidly ate part of it but then decided it was inedible so left the rest. When we paid the bill, we mentioned how disappointed we were to the English waiter he mumbled a sorry and then spoke in Spanish to the barman. We assumed it was to ask if he could discount the bill as the barman looked up and shook his head and said ‘No’ . We saw in the kitchen area by the bar that there was a basket hung over the fryer with cooked chips in waiting for the next customer to ‘reheat’ them. The value for money was extremely poor for Spain both in terms of cost and quality. This was the worst meal we’ve had in Fuerteventura so far and we’ve been here for nearly 3 weeks. We definitely don’t recommend...

Avoid at all costs. This was by far the worst meal I have ever had in my life, me and my wife ordered Fillet Mignon Steak x 2 and we asked for them to be cooked Medium Rare & Medium served with a pepper corn sauce and fries.

The meat which was served was awful and was not off a Fillet Mignon quality, it wasn’t cooked as requested and the quality of the meat was horrendous, it looked like the worst quality piece of meat available anywhere. It was served cold and not cooked as requested and the sauce tasted horrible.

There were only 5 people dining this evening and 3 out of 5 tables were dissatisfied with their meals.

The Peppercorn sauce tasted and looked exactly like Chip shop curry and nothing like the usual Peppercorn sauce we are usually served. When the meals were returned the fries were frazzled after trying to be kept warm, the quality of the meat hadn’t changed and they still didn’t cook the steaks as requested.

No one ever apologised or asked again if it was ok now, as they knew it was shocking and just give us the bill.

I was actually sick after the meal, so please DON’T make the mistake my wife and I made. There are lots of...

A good atmosphere bar that serves grilled meats as food. We came here to drink many times and watch the euros, it was a good vibe, and ate once

We ordered the mixed grill. To start they offered bread, which is a mistake, as the bread is stale and sauces average. This made us worry about the quality of the food we ordered.

However when it came, the mixed grill was an incredibly generous serving of grilled meats, still sizzling with a side of chips. I am still thinking about the amazing taste of the black pudding sausage, but the pork and fatty buttery steak were also real highlights. I would say the chicken was cooked fine but not really charred or seasoned enough to be interesting, and felt out of place. The steak was also medium when we asked for medium rare. However it was still tasty.

I wouldn't have a problem ordering...

We were recommended this place as somewhere to come for steak. It is very reasonably priced for the portion size but they take the view ‘they know how to cook the steak’ so even though my husband asked for his well done, his steak was very bloody, even before he had really got into it, which put him off as the plate was swimming in blood. I asked for mine medium and it was good although again, had not been rested. The potatoes were plain and the chips ok. We had one beer and one glass of wine and the meal came to €59.50. Fortunately for us we have a kitchen at our apartment so took the majority of the meat home and I cooked up a yummy steak and eggs breakfast the next day, so the meat wasn’t wasted. I wouldn’t go back without being very particular about how I wanted it cooked, and even then, probably not.
