Good afternoon, my name is Terry McCafferty, my wife and I visited your tapas bar and grill returning for he second time in two days having had the best service with albondogas and patatas bravas with a spicy twist on the first day. We had the same dishes on the second day, and returned because the service and food were excellent on the first day.albondogas on the second day was equally great but without celery, which is normally not one of my favoured ingredients, but was fantastic. I therefore invited the waiter over to ask him in a polite manner was it a different chef. I politely introduced myself and asked him his name for the purpose of leaving a positive review, but he replied I'm not here to make friends. I was shocked by his attitude because I was merely asking whether it was a different chef and the ingredients had changed. This man is front of house and a representative of your restaurant and the basic requirement of hospitaliy is to engage customers so they will return to enjoy the most enjoyable experience produced by your bar. Your staff in the kitchen were most apologetic as was the young lady who apologised on his behalf at the table afterwards which she should never have put her in that position. I am so saddened to have to write this review considering the reasons why we returned was because of your brilliant, front of house on the Saturday, and the quality of food. I payed the bill in full and gave a €4 euro tip because I felt why should the rest of your staff be penalised by the behavior of.a very rude man and because I do the right thing. I only hope that you can also follow the same ethos to ensure the standards of your business. I would be more than happy to discuss this matter with you at the earliest opportunity. I have left this review with heavy heart as the rest of your staff are brilliant. I have left a photograph of myself and wife to verify who we are and to follow up with with your managerial staff before we leave the...

They must have switched owners recently because this was the MOST TERRIBLE experience of our whole trip. Let’s start with the drinks: a mojito green with old mint, 1 slice of lemon (no lime) and almost no alcohol or flavor. The other, an Aperol Spritz without any gas, sparkle or Spritz…

We then ordered the mix of croquettes which were decent. Too bad the cheese you use for the Queso one is a plastic cheddar when you have so many great Canarian local cheese.

My girlfriend ordered a Greek salad which was okay. It came after 20 minutes, which is fine because I ordered a pasta Carbonara because it said ‘Real Italian Pasta’. 20 more minutes after the salad (not great and lacking flavor) had arrived I still did not have my pasta.. in the meantime we got some stale/old bread with a little bowl of aioli from a tube.. how do you even screw up the timing with a salad and a warm dish?? When asked, the waitress (who was beyond clueless at her job) said it was coming. Another 10 minutes later still no pasta and when we went inside to ask again, the ‘chef’ said it was his mistake and he will make it right away… When it finally arrived it was the biggest disappointment so far. Pasta way undercooked, plastic cheese and some supermarket bought strips of bacon. After two bites I lost my appetite and we went in to tell the owner(? A hippie looking guy with tattoos) and chef who responded that it’s impossible that it’s not good while they didn’t taste the dish. We asked for the bill and at least had the carbonara taken off.

The table next to us looked at us scared because they didn’t have their food yet and I just told them good luck. This triggered the owner who angrily told me in exact words: “if you don’t like go away!”

The foto of the food and drinks is what we left.

Please avoid this terrible place and don’t let your holiday or trip get this negative experience, especially not when it’s your last...
