Sin lugar a dudas el mejor restaurante vegano de la capital Gran Canaria, el producto bien cuidado y la innovación de la oferta es refrescante y muy de agradecer, el tener en su carta de cervezas una de las mejores del mundo la Estrella de Galicia 1906 fue una agradable sorpresa y ya indica su inclinación a la excelencia, los platos una explosión de sabores de gran exquisited y bien combinados para con una sencilla carta permitír que la experiencia gastronómica sea de muy alta categoría, como gourmet y habiendo probado todos los veganos de las Palmas me quedo indiscutiblemente con este, y el trato de la propietaria excelente y con gran atención a los detalles y explicando perfectamente los platos ...el punto redondo al establecimiento y muestra de calidad es la utilización del mejor pimenton del mundo el pimenton de la comarca de la Vera (Extremadura,España). I also had the seasonal croquettes which were like tasty little vegan fish cakes! They came with a blue spirilina sauce which actually really complemented the croquettes. Very friendly chef taking orders and gave me recommendations. I read someone's review about little leg room from tall people and have to agree.
