La Mafia se sienta a la mesa — Restaurant in León

We spent nearly a month in Spain walking the Camino de Santiago. The meal we had at LaMafia was by far the very best. I had a manicure by the owner’s sister who told us about the restaurant and we decided to at least go and see the menu. The menu itself was beautifully designed and the English version was well written and descriptive. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The bathroom alone is worth the visit. Whoever designed and decorated LaMafia did a wonderful job. Then the food! It was so memorable that my boyfriend and Inare still talking about it! At first the service was ok and soon it turned mediocre at best, the food was just average bordering on mediocre, I ordered a salmon that was raw and cold, I send it back to get it somehow cooked and it came back even worse, I didn’t eat it because it was just not appealing at all, my sister solomillo was way undercooked and send back, it came back burnt but still not cooked to her liking, in the the end I got charged for the salmon I didn’t even eat because it was not eatable. Un restaurante muy recomendable,comida con muy buena calidad tanto las pizzas con buena masa que resiste crujiente hasta que te la terminas, no como en otros sitios que se quedan gomosas, la pasta con muy buen sabor sobre todo la que está rellena de cochinillo y la calzone sencillamente espectacular, no hay ningún restaurante en León que la pongan de esta manera de presentación y que esté así de buena y exquisita,como primer y único plato es más suficiente pero siempre se puede compartir por ejemplo con la pasta rellena de cochinillo y saldrás bien servido. Los platos muy bien presentados, tanto las principales como los postres, tienen variedad y todo muy buena pinta. Las torrijas espectacular y el tiramisú está muy bueno. Hay muy buen ambiente, el día que fuimos estaba todo lleno por lo que es imprescindible hacer una buena reserva, el personal cabe destacar que muy atento y el servicio en mesa, pues se nota su profesionalidad. Así que con todo dicho no es recomendable y volveremos pues ya hay pocos sitios en León que relación calidad-precio sea muy aceptable pues ya que en estos días a veces lo que pagas no está acorde con lo que comes y eso ahora en León se da mucho quizás abocado al turismo que puede que coma un día y no vuelva más pero los que somos de aquí valoramos mucho la atención la calidad y un buen servicio. El importe de lo pagado se ve más o menos justo y aceptable en relación en los tiempos que corremos porque a veces pagas más si no sale ni satisfecho ni comido. Espero que no cambien y...
