I have been meaning to give this place below (but apparently not related to) the Ibis Hotel a try on my regular visits to Malaga and stopped by around 5.00pm on Sunday afternoon 18 February 2018, for one of their famous batidos (milk shakes).
I asked for a platano (banana) and was recommended banana & orange which was very good but if I had looked at the menu first might have chosen the vanilla and dulce leche.
I can't comment on the food as I had just had lunch elsewhere but the bar has extensive stocks of a wide variety of alcohol and they make various coffees and cocktails.

The menu was easy to use through a handy app, which even had an English option and translated our order back to Spanish for the staff. It was a great touch!
We had a glass of wine each, shared a club sandwich, and a mix of wings, croquettes, and other bites. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced.
I’ll definitely be coming back. This is a great reminder not to judge a place...

My impression was that the staff is not organised at all, no system of serving and zero customer service. And to confirm this, out bill said...
